Lumeki
Before using Lumeki, please read and agree to these Terms of Service. They explain your rights and responsibilities for the service, AI companions, subscriptions, and content.
These Terms apply to the Lumeki app, websites, support channels, and related services. By using, registering for, signing in to, or subscribing to Lumeki, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
You must meet the minimum age required by your local law and app store rules to use the service. Minors should use Lumeki only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
The service is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age. In Korea, users under 14 require consent from a legal representative; if local law requires a higher age or additional consent, that requirement applies.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials, devices, and verification codes secure.
If you notice abnormal activity, unauthorized use, or a security issue, contact us promptly. Except where law provides otherwise, you are responsible for losses caused by failing to secure your account or by violating these Terms.
Lumeki provides AI companion chat, Notes, companion updates, memory, relationship growth, letters, voice, subscription benefits, and related features. AI companions are not real people. Companion updates and Note responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
Lumeki does not provide medical, therapy, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you are in immediate danger, severe emotional crisis, or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services, a professional organization, or someone you trust immediately.
You keep your rights in content you enter, upload, or submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, process, copy, transmit, display, and generate replies related to your content to provide, protect, and improve Lumeki.
You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share, unlawful content, infringing content, or highly sensitive information.

We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. To maintain safety, comply with law, and protect users and the platform, we may automatically or manually review, restrict, record, or report content and conduct.
You understand that no online service can be absolutely secure or permanently available. Please be careful when sharing personal, financial, health, or third-party sensitive information.
Paid benefits, prices, periods, trials, renewals, and cancellation methods are shown on the purchase page, app store, or payment channel. Subscriptions usually renew automatically unless you cancel under the platform rules before the current period ends.
Subscriptions purchased through an app store, web checkout, or another channel may be cancelled or refunded through the purchase platform. After cancellation, benefits usually continue until the end of the current period. Except where law or platform rules provide otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable.
Lumeki, characters, interfaces, text, images, audio, designs, trademarks, software, and other content are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us or our licensors.
Except where law allows, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially use any part of Lumeki without permission.
Lumeki may integrate sign-in, payment, cloud, AI, voice, push notification, support, analytics, and other third-party services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We will reasonably assist with issues caused by third-party platforms, payment channels, network services, model services, or app store policies, but we are not responsible beyond what applicable law requires.
We may add, adjust, suspend, or discontinue features, or change the service for maintenance, safety, compliance, business, or supplier reasons.
If you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, abuse the service, or where law requires it, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or features. You may also close your account in the app or contact us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumeki is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or losses caused by reasons outside our control.
Except where mandatory consumer protection law in your location provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by Singapore law. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes in the app, sign-in flow, or another reasonable way.
